Time to see a doctor, perhaps if your young and have not only mumps vaccine. Do not know about the arm / muscle spasms in the legs, unless you have restless legs syndrome. Yes, if you already do bad enough weapons to the same thing. But I think you should consult a doctor. No matter what they say here. Time physician.
