Do a Google search Schneider Intenational. There are a few that used local tailors to take measurements, but the application in the city like Hong Kong or Thailand. This can often solve a lot cheaper.

The other option is to opt for a semi-tailored suit. Tailors and seamstresses will be a good set-off-the-peg suit to a better grip. It is a much cheaper alternative and often much more comfortable.
